Lemon cream


- 500 g. fresh cream
- 80 g. sugar
- The juice of 2 lemons, and the rind of one
- Wild berries for decoration
- Icing sugar


Heat the cream with the sugar, and add the rind of one lemon.
Leave to cool and add the juice of two lemons.
Pour the cream into individual bowls and place in the fridge for at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.
Decorate with wild berries and icing sugar.
