Grilled vegetables


- 3 heads of Belgian endive
- 1 head of red radicchio
- 5 spring onions
- 3 tomatoes
- oregano
- thyme
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt, pepper


• Clean the endive and divide it into two parts
wash the red radicchio and cut it into four sections.
• Halve the spring onions and tomatoes.
• Heat the Steak grill pan and cook the vegetables, taking care with the tomatoes, which must first be grilled in the middle and turned over afterwards.
• Season the grilled vegetables with herbs, salt, pepper and a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
• Serve.
